Absolutely. We can handle sourcing all necessary supplies for your event and will provide a tailored quote, including a supply estimate and service fee, ensuring a seamless, fully equipped experience.
To ensure availability, we encourage booking at least 3 weeks in advance. However, weu2019re happy to accommodate last-minute inquiries, whenever possible. Simply reach out with your event details, and weu2019ll do our best to deliver a seamless experience.
Yes, a 15% deposit of your total service cost is required to secure your event date.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 5 days of the event are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. We will always do our best to
accommodate rescheduling requests, especially in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Yes! We take care of delivery, setup, and teardown so you can focus on enjoying your event.
No problem! Additional time can be added at an hourly rate, which will be outlined in your invoice before the event starts. If the celebration continues, so will we.
